How much does the shipping cost?
A minimum purchase of $75 dollars is necessary in order to qualify for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping is only available inside the continental U.S. - this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, foreign U.S. Military Bases and Embassies, and all International Shipments.
What is the international shipping policy?
- They can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International shipments will be shipped via UPS. International shipments cannot be insured, and Catholic to the Max is not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged or stolen items shipped internationally.
Please also note that the shipping rates listed on the shipping quote page may not reflect the actual cost of international shipping.
If the shipping cost exceeds the rate listed on the quote page, the customer will be contacted by Catholic to the Max with the additional shipping cost before the order is shipped.
Shipping does not include and Catholic to the Max is not responsible for customs and duties fees.
What if I want to pick up my online order at the store?
Simply proceed to checkout with your shopping cart as it is. When you come to the "Shipping Method" section, select any shipping method (it doesn't matter which) available.
Then, before you complete your order, enter the coupon code: PICKUP43952 in the coupon box. PICKUP43952 will deduct your shipping cost and flag your order to them as an in-store pickup order.
After 3 weeks, the items will be placed back in stock in their warehouse, and may not be available immediately at any time afterward.
If you need more time to get your order, please call their office at 740-282-5334 and talk to them. They can tag your order with a specific pickup date if necessary.
How to return a product?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error.
If the return is not the result of their error, or if you are returning an item because you no longer want or like the item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping charge will not be available for a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
They'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once they've received and processed the returned item.
