What is their shipping policy?

• Orders from Monday to Friday (except holidays) before 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Other orders will be processed on the next working day. Please note that the time of shipment may vary depending on the availability of goods.

• For domestic and international orders, once the order is shipped, the customer will receive the delivery confirmation and order tracking number by email. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of the order.

• Domestic and international shipping varies by region. The customer will be responsible for import tax, value-added tax and other applicable taxes on international orders.

What is their return policy?

• Goods with discounts or above are final sales.

• The return requires authorization, which can be obtained through the email request sent to [email protected]. The $15 fee will be deducted from the refund of the returned freight.

• If users are not satisfied with the goods, they can return domestic and international orders within 14 days after receiving them. All returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, and must be accompanied by all original labels and must be in their original packaging . For returns that meet the above provisions, they will refund you in full, minus the return freight.

• If the item is damaged, defective or sent incorrectly, they will send you a replacement without charging you extra fees and / or paying any return fees.

• Please return the goods according to the instructions in the invoice and return guide. Securely pack and seal the goods to be returned in a suitable box or envelope, and then return them using the return shipping label sent to you by [email protected]. 

Should I be charged sales tax?

• The VAT reported at the time of closing is only an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice, including state and local taxes, and any applicable rebates or fees. They are currently obliged to levy a sales tax in Nevada. The tax laws of each state stipulate which purchases are subject to sales tax.

• If you are located outside the EU, you will receive the shipper's tariff bill to receive your order. If the shipper does require additional payment, you must pay these amounts to receive your goods. If you are in the EU, the goods you order include all import duties, fees and taxes.
