How long can I get my refunds at Concealment Express?
Full refunds will be issued for items returned in Like New, re-sellable condition (minus the actual cost of the return label). Any items returned that are not in new, re-sellable condition will not be refunded. Like new condition is defined as the same condition the product arrived to you when you removed it from the original packaging. Scratches, gouges, removed hardware, etc, will render the returned product not re-sellable.
In these cases they will, at their discretion, decide on either a partial refund or store credit. Once your Authorized Return is received, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once they inspect and verify that the item is in New/Re-sellable condition. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Refunds may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement.)
Can I make an exchange at Concealment Express?
If you need to exchange your purchased items, you can request an exchange for any other product in their catalog within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged products must be returned in Like New, re-sellable condition or they will be subject to a reduced valuation.
Can I make a return at Concealment Express?
Their return policy on all their non-custom products lasts 30 days and applies to domestic orders only. Custom Ordered Colors/Pattern Holsters, Gift Cards, Special Orders, & International Orders are Non-Refundable. To process your exchange/return, you must have a Return Authorization number. Returns Sent Without an RA# Will NOT be processed. They will provide you a return shipping label for ease of return but the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from any refund or credit issued (unless the issue was due to a mistake on their part).

Does Concealment Express holsters support aftermarket modifications?
All of their holsters are molded to fit firearms as they come from the OEM. This is not to say that they won't fit aftermarket parts. They suggest contacting their customer service department to make sure their holsters will accommodate your custom firearm.
