What is kammok's return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the Kammok product at the time of delivery and wish to return the equipment, please apply for a refund of the original payment method or store credit within 30 days of purchase so that they can resolve the problem. Equipment returned to them must be new with tags or packaging to get a refund. They do their best to process returns within seven business days.

• Please note that their warranty only covers registered products purchased from Kammok.com or authorized resellers with proof of purchase. They don't offer warranties for purchases made on eBay or from non-Kammok Amazon sellers.
