When will my order ship?

• If your product is in stock, your order will take 2 – 4 days to be processed and shipped after placing your order

• If you have ordered an item that ships directly from the vendor shipments timelines vary by vendor from 2 – 5 weeks. Their customer service team will provide you timely updates and estimated shipping times weekly until your order ships.

How to determine shipping cost?

• To determine shipping cost, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to you entering your payment information on the payment page.

• Non-identical items purchased as part of a bundle package may be returned or exchanged separately, however the value assigned to the item will be the current retail price of that item less the discount received as part of the bundle offer.
