Which countries does On-Running ship?
They ship to over 50 countries around the world, and are adding more all the time. Should you not find your country of residence on the list at the bottom of the page, please use the Dealer Locator to see if Ons are available from dealers in your country.
How much will shipping cost?
They want you to focus on your running. So for most countries they cover the shipping costs, as well as any customs charges involved. Shipping costs will occur if you order from India, Indonesia, Israel or Malaysia. If your order doesn't meet the minimum order value to qualify for free shipping (which varies by country), the shipping cost will be displayed in checkout.
What is return policy?
They gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. They'll even take care of the return shipping, with just a few exceptions noted below. They simply ask that products be returned in their original packaging, including accessories (beanies, socks, etc).
Free return shipping is not yet covered in India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Expedited shipping will not be refunded in the case of returns/exchanges.
The above terms do not apply to Limited Editions or On Classics. Limited Editions and On Classics can be refunded, but are not exchangeable.
What is the process for exchanging an order for a different size?
Once you've filled out the Return/exchange form on their website and have sent the unwanted item back to them, your new item will be sent out. This process typically takes between 10-14 days.
Can I exchange my order for a different color?
They're unable to process exchanges for different colors. In this case, please simply return your original order and place a new order for the color you desire.
