If I want to return the gift, what can I do?

• To return a gift, please click the "Gift Returns & Exchanges" button above. They will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. They're happy to provide you with store credit, but they can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!

• If you received an item purchased with a discount and would like to exchange for an item that is no longer discounted, please reach out to their customer experience team at [email protected].

Do you ship Internationally?

They're excited to be able to offer International Shipping options to all countries. If you do not see your country on the list at the checkout let them know at [email protected] and they can get your country included on the listed. Please note that international shipping is a flat $35 USD charge (does not include duties and taxes). Your country's customs or local carrier will reach out about duties and taxes upon arrival. On average, standard international shipping can take about 2 weeks. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes your package will be returned back to their warehouse and shipping/handling costs will not be refunded.

Why is the tracking information not updating?

If you have not seen any scans on your tracking or it has been more than 5 business days since the last scan, please reach out to their support team at [email protected]. it is possible that a scan was missed. If you think that this might be the case, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim and follow up with them.

If my address is incorrect, what should I do?

• If you've placed your order with them and you meant to choose a different color, style, or size, please email them at [email protected] ASAP and include URGENT in the subject line. When messaging them please include the Rumpl.com order number and the email address associated with the purchase.

• If your address is incorrect, please send them an email as soon as possible, and include emergency in the subject line, or use the chat bubble in the lower right corner of the page. Please include rumpl Com order number and email address related to purchase. In addition, please make sure to include the new address to which you want to ship the order.
