Can I make a return at Condomania?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 35 days for store credit. The return window begins on the purchase date, when the order confirmation is sent to you. You only need to start the return process within a specified time frame; the return does not need to be complete within that time frame. They will begin to consider your email or text message at this stage.
They don't accept returns on wholesale orders. They only give store credit for returns. Freight is non-refundable. The L/C only includes the original price of the product less freight. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to them.
What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Condomania?
Exceptions are made for incorrect, damaged or defective items. For incorrect, damaged or defective goods, they will replace or refund them according to the original payment terms. If your products are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify them within 2 days of receiving the products. They kind of hate accepting returns. In addition, they refuse to sell refunds or exchanges... So they are usually just displayed as decorations in the office.
How long can I get my orders at Condomania?
All orders come in nondescript envelopes or boxes. Apartment junkie's name won't appear on the outside of your package. They do not sell or trade their mail and email lists to any other organization, nor do they send unsolicited (spam/spam) mail. 95% of orders are shipped the same day or the next day from their warehouse in Austin, Texas, unless the goods are back ordered.
Out-of-stock products will be shipped separately. Condoms, like many consumer products, cannot withstand extreme heat or cold. While Condomania goes to great lengths to meet their customers' needs for shipping options, they cannot prevent your packages from being discarded in weather or public places.
Can I get my orders when I outside USA?
All international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note, however, that for heavier or larger orders, Condomania reserves the right to impose a higher fee to cover any additional postage or costs incurred by them in fulfilling your order. All international orders over 2 LBS will be subject to an additional charge depending on your location.
They often receive inquiries from customers asking if they can underestimate or somehow ignore the true value of an international order in the customs declaration. Unfortunately, they can't do that. It's against the law.
Condomania is not responsible for meeting the shipping requirements of any individual country. Customers must be fully aware of local rules and regulations and contact them for any specific order that requires international shipping.
