How do I book a trip?

Booking a trip is super simple and best of all, you have options. If you want to book directly through us, head to www.contiki.com and select  'Where We Go' on the left hand side. This will show you all the different regions they explore, and from here you can filter by type of trip, length of trip, price, etc. If you' re more of a people person and want to chat to one of their team, give them a call on 1-866-266-8454 and they can book your trip over the phone. Or, if you prefer to do things face to face, just pop on down to your local travel agent, who will be able to assist you.

What is your cancellation policy?

They get that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, so their cancellation policy offers you absolute flexibility and comes in two parts:

• FREEDOM GUARANTEE – The Freedom Guarantee policy ensures that even if your travel plans change, you' ll never miss out or be charged fees for changing your booking. If you want to change the dates of your trip, swap onto another trip or even change your trip for a different region entirely, that' s all possible, without incurring fees.

• FLEXDEPOSIT – FlexDeposit is a policy you automatically get once you' ve paid a deposit on any Contiki trip. It means if you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will remain secure until you' re ready to use it, on new trip dates or on a different trip, ensuring your deposit isn't lost if you can't travel on your original trip as intended. 

Do you offer Travel Protection?

They sure do. Contiki Travel Protection provides benefits such as medical, baggage loss, and trip delay for the duration of your Contiki trip. Plus the “Any Reason” Cancellation Waiver* (non-insurance feature provided by Contiki) provides you reimbursement of the cancellation charges in the form of a future travel credit certificate, should you cancel your tour more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure for any reason that is not eligible for cash reimbursement under the terms of the Trip Cancellation Waiver. How do I make changes to my booking?

If you need to change the departure date of your trip, room sharing option or need to make any other changes to your booking, they can help. Just call or email your Contiki representative or contact the travel agent who you made the booking with.
