Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit does not include travel guarantees or the final payment amount for any deposits or additional tickets. Deposits and travel guarantees are non-refundable. All other tours and cruises have a USD 250 (USD) deposit per person. The final payment date is determined a few days before the service starts. Reservations that do not include full payment by the final payment date will be cancelled and the deposit, along with any travel guarantees, will be retained. For your international flights and/or flights within your itinerary, an additional, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and payment is required per person.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can notify the company to cancel your reservation. The calculation of the cancellation amount includes all services and charges on the invoice, based on the number of days prior to departure for which they are notified. If the alternative is lower, the company will refund the difference. If the alternatives are higher, you will incur additional costs. If you do not accept this rebooking option, the company's sole responsibility is to refund the amount you paid for the reservation. If you do not notify the company within 21 days of notification, no refunds will be provided.

Do they offer group bookings?

Additional terms and conditions apply for group bookings (bookings with 8 or more participants). The Company provides these Group Booking Terms and Conditions when making a Group Booking or upon request. For travel agents, the group booking terms and conditions are located on the travel agent portal.

What are the payment methods?

The company accepts payments by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express.

What is the revision fee?

All modifications to reservations will incur a minimum fee of $30 per person plus any airline change fees (minimum of $300 per participant up to the full ticket value). These fees are non-refundable.
