What is their shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders over $200.00. Shipping is via the US Postal Service (Parcel Mail), FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). Regular ground shipping charges are based on the order total; you must update them at the end of the order. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options; they do not include Saturday delivery. All fees exclude Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. If you wish to ship an order with a signature, there is an additional $3.50 fee. Orders placed after 12:00 ET will be processed the next business day. This includes overnight and next day shipping.

How do they handle international orders?

Their customer service staff will review your order and email you if you need to modify your order or shipping costs to ship. You must reply via email within 5 days to confirm the fee or the order will be cancelled. Their customer service staff review all international orders before they ship. This may take 1 or 2 additional business days before your order ships. Note that for international orders, they will not place out-of-stock items on backorders.

How do returns and refunds work?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, please return it to them within 30 days with the original documents and they will either exchange the item as paid or refund your money. The customer is responsible for the return postage. It is the customer's responsibility to notify them if their order has not been received. No tracer will be placed after 60 days. Any returned item with a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item in the original payment method. Return your item to them using the return label along with the filled out return form from the original packing slip.
