What is their return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to them. A surcharge of $1.59 per order will be added to help cover these increased operating costs. Gifts shipped outside the 48 states are shipped by air, so add $15.99 in addition to standard shipping and handling. Sorry, they can't ship fresh fruit, meat (except sausage and ham that are 8 ounces or less), or live plants. For faster delivery, you can choose expedited or express service at checkout. To support their troops and their families, they do not charge extra for APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping still applies.
