What is their return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to them. If at any point you are not 100% satisfied with the item you ordered from them, simply return it within 60 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund the value of the item (excluding original and return shipping). What is their shipping policy?
There will be a $3.99 per address fee for each additional shipping address. Most of their shipments go through the U.S. Postal Service. A surcharge of $1.59 per order will be added to help cover these increased operating costs. Gifts shipped outside the 48 states are shipped by air, so add $15.99 in addition to standard shipping and handling. Sorry, they can't ship fresh fruit, meat (except sausage and ham that are 8 ounces or less), or live plants. For faster delivery, you can choose expedited or express service at checkout. To support their troops and their families, they do not charge extra for APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping still applies.
