What are Country Floors Returns Policy? 

• Special or custom order products cannot be returned. These orders are non-cancelable.

• Non-stock orders purchased by Country Floors on the customer’s behalf from independent vendors cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled.

• Stock items can be returned with prior written authorization within thirty (30) days of receipt. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus freight to and from the shipping location. They cannot accept returns on tile or stone that is in any way damaged or not in resalable condition. Stock items must be returned in the minimum quantity sold.

What are Country Floors Payment Policy?

• All material is purchased with a 50% deposit due upon placement of order or 100% if order is less than $1, 000. The balance of the order, plus freight and handling charges is due before shipment unless an open account has been established with Country Floors

• Stock orders (prior to shipment to the customer) require payment in full within thirty (30) days of the initial order date. If full payment has not been made, the order is subject to cancellation and a 25% forfeiture fee. There will be a daily storage charge on all orders held over sixty (60) days. Forfeiture fees and storage charges require prior approval by Country Floors

• If payment is not made according to the terms of sale, the purchaser agrees to pay interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the amount permitted by law and to pay all reasonable collection costs including attorney fees.

Dose Country Floors have warranty?

• All Country Floors Brand Products carry Country Floors’ One Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise noted.

• Except as noted, Country Floors tile and stone products are warranted to the original consumer/purchaser to be reasonably free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of installation when properly handled and installed.Our reclaimed terra cottas and finished stone products are sold “AS IS” without warranty.
