How to use the rewards points?
- Points are automatically accrued and added to your account when they ship your order, and only if you used a password-enabled account when placing your order.
Points are not added before they ship your order. Points will be deducted from your account for any price adjustments made to your order, and for any product return and for any shipment which is refused by the recipient and sent back to Senske CPAP Supply, Inc.
Points will not be added manually to orders that were placed with a non-password-enabled (i.e. anonymous) account.
Points can be redeemed only in increments of fifty points. The discount value of redeemed points will be applied automatically to the next order placed after you have specified you wish to redeem points.
Once you have chosen to redeem points, they cannot be returned to your account as unredeemed points.
What are international shipping restrictions?
Some manufacturers prohibit shipment of their products to locations outside of the United States.

If an order is placed with a shipping address outside of the United States and the order includes items manufactured by ResMed or Respironics, then Senske CPAP Supply, Inc. will not ship the order without modification.
