Where is my order?
If you have already created an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting the "Order History" tab. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and estimated arrival date.
What does "Free Shipping" mean?
Since their shipping fee is based on the total cost of your order, "free shipping" means the item's price doesn't count toward your shipping costs. If you only order items with free shipping, your shipping fee will be 0. Free shipping on these items only applies to standard shipping.
Can they charge me and send my gift to a different address (gift)?
Absolutely! On the checkout form, you can enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address (your own). You might also want to know that they will use your text to include a free gift message. This message can be entered under the "Order Notes" section of the "Shopping Cart" page.
What is their return policy?
Once the item is received, they will either replace or refund the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). This process can take 10-14 days, depending on the time of year. Personalized items do not support returns/exchanges and all sales are final. Custom and personalized merchandise returns cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Points will be issued with the same payment method as the original order, with the exception of personalization. Also, if you receive a damaged item, you have 5 days from the date of receipt to file a damage claim.
What is their shipping policy?
Quoted in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders that upgrade shipping to Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight are typically processed within 12-24 hours, depending on when the order was placed. Outside the U.S.) shipping will be charged after the order has been processed and actual shipping is determined. The customer will be contacted for final shipping approval before the order is shipped.
