How much shoud I pay for my shipping?
Canadian customer : If you purchase over $49, you are entitled for free shipping. They will charge restocking fee of 15% for returned order valued $200 or more.
How about your return policy?
Please note that they cannot accept for return or exchange Final Sale, laundered, worn, soiled or embroidered merchandise unless defective. All tags or labels must remain on the returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Can I echange my order?
If you would like to exchange, please email them at [email protected] and they will email you a prepaid Canada Post return waybill at no cost to you provided your final exchange is over $49. You will need to include your order ID in the email. If you exchange the order and your final order is under $49, they will charge $9.99 + tax shipping fee. They will provide free shipping to send the item back to you.
