Do you ship internationally?
They do not currently ship internationally.
How can I calculate shipping freights?
They offer free standard shipping within the United States when you spend $50 or more and a flat fee of $12.75 for orders less than $50.
What does it mean if my order is partially shipped?
If your order has been partially shipped, it means that one or more items have not been shipped with the rest of the order due to shortage. Once the order leaves their warehouse, these items will be refunded.
How long will it take for my order to get to me during holiday periods?
During the period of mass production, please wait 3 to 8 days to process your order before shipment. They cooperate with their warehouse and transportation company to ensure the actual transportation time during the holiday so that your order can be delivered on time, but sometimes there are problems beyond thier control, which may lead to delays.
How long does it take to process my refund?
If you receive a refund from a credit card, debit card, paypal or apple pay, you should see the refund within 10 working days after processing the refund. Please note that this may take longer, depending on your financial institution.
If you initially pay with DAVIDsTEA gift card, they will order a replacement card with refund value for you and send it to the shipping address on the original order. This is an automatic process and cannot be modified by their virtual tea art guide.
- Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, they will not be able to process refunds for other payment methods. In this case, they can refund DAVIDsTEA gift card directly.
The tax rate applicable to your order will be the tax rate related to the address you are shipping to. For example, if you live in a province / state, the province / state will charge a total tax of 10%, but if you ship the order to a province / state with a total tax of 13%, you will charge a tax of 13% on the taxable goods in the order.
