Can I make a return at debragga.com?

Due to the perishability of their products, they cannot return or replace the goods. If there is an error in debraga (if they ship the wrong goods or the quantity is incorrect), debraga will correct or return the order at its own discretion. Please note that there may be exceptions. All cases will be handled by the customer service department in debraga.

How long can I get my orders at debragga.com?

• It takes 24 hours to receive and process your order. For orders placed before 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday Wednesday, you can choose to ship the next day in order to ship overnight as early as possible (on the drop-down calendar when checking out, the earliest delivery date is displayed in red). Otherwise, you can use the same drop-down calendar to select another delivery date.

• Due to the perishability of their products, they will ship all orders overnight. Orders within about 100 miles of New York City are delivered overnight via FedEx Ground. Orders shipped outside the region are delivered overnight via FedEx standard. Orders can be delivered at 8 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date at the latest. All orders must be shipped. They can't pick up the goods in their factory.

• Please note that not all addresses can be delivered via FedEx standard overnight, and these destinations will incur additional costs due to priority overnight delivery.

What should I do if my orders are late?

• Debragga is not responsible for any wrong address provided to them; Delivery, return and redelivery fees will apply. They strongly recommend that you confirm that the recipient or other responsible party can receive, open and properly store your order when ordering perishable items. They cannot replace products that are damaged because the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery. In addition, please note that their boxes are clearly marked perishable on the outside, and they are not responsible for the items received but not opened.

• They try their best to deliver most orders within 24 hours. Bad weather and other unforeseen conditions may cause the goods to arrive later than expected. They especially encourage you to order before Thanksgiving and Christmas to avoid unexpected delays and shortages.
