Do they have a price guarantee for the products I buy?

If you find lower prices at other major online retailers, they will match you the price of an eligible product within thirty days of the purchase date. They will credit the difference to your original payment method. If on their own Designer Living website, they lower the price with a coupon code or other promotion within 30 days of your original purchase date, they will refund the difference between the promotional price of your item and the price you paid for the item. Note that their Price Match Guarantee only applies to orders shipped within the US.

How do returns and refunds work?

They always stand by the quality of their products and they want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Designerliving.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send them new and unused product within 30 days of their original shipping date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging intact. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Once the credit card is issued, it can take 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your credit card statement. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

Can I exchange it?

They don't do exchanges. Their reasoning is simple: their products are in short supply, and if you return an item you're replacing, they can't guarantee that they'll have the new item you want by then. Your best bet is to immediately place a new order for the style or color you want, then return your original order.
