Desio Frequently Asked Questions
What is their shipping policy?
All lenses provided by their online store are shipped within five working days, excluding torics. The delivery time of toric lenses (myopic astigmatism lenses) is up to 5 weeks, because these lenses must be customized after placing an order. They cannot provide any guarantee, and the time shown is approximate.
If you need to place an order as soon as possible, please select the option of expedited delivery when you check out. Most orders are shipped on the next business day.
At present, all orders are delivered through FedEx, UPS or DHL. They reserve the right to choose the carrier. Please note that during mass sales, series launches, discounts and promotions, orders may require additional days of processing time.
- The dispatch day is from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. Unless it is a holiday, it will be shipped the next day. Your Desio lenses are shipped from their warehouse in Italy.
- After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, including a unique tracking number as proof of delivery. You can find your tracking code by logging into your Desio account.
What is their return policy?
If the lens is found to be defective in the factory, Desio can only accept the return. Defective lenses must be returned before they are replaced, and only identical lens models, colors, and prescriptions can be replaced.
If you receive a defective lens, you must follow the following steps:
Contact Desio's customer service department by logging into your account and submit the bill within seven working days after receiving your goods.
Return the defective lenses to Desio, including all items in the package, such as boxes, blisters and labels.
If you have opened the blister, please put the lens in the lens box with contact lens solution and return it to them with the box, including the opened blister.
The returned defective lenses must be sent within seven working days after the customer first contacted the customer service department of Desio to report the defect.
