• When ordering heating oil on a COD basis, you must monitor your own tank level to ensure you don’t run out of oil. You must also pay for your delivery at the time your oil is delivered.  

• With automatic delivery, your tank level is monitored using computer software to determine when you will need your next delivery; so you won’t run out of oil. You will also be extended credit terms and be sent a bill in the mail.

Are there a minimum number of gallons I need to order?

What should I do if I have no heat?

• Sometimes a simple system reset is all that’s needed. Locate your heating system’s burner and press the red reset button ONCE (and only ONCE) and listen for the system to start up.

• Check for any blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers in your electrical supply panel. A breaker switch is tripped if it is moved slightly from the “ON” position.
