How do I return an item I purchased?

You can also call 1 (800) 604-2551 to request a return/exchange. Return labels purchased in lieu of return labels provided by Domestify are not eligible for refunds.

Is there free shipping at Domestify?

• Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days for in-stock items only. It takes approximately 2~9 business days for final shipping when your order is notified of the shipment. For your convenience, you will receive an automatic notification email when your order is shipped.

• They offer standard daily shipping when shipping to 48 states in the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO and international orders are not eligible. Some of thier products are shipped directly from thier manufacturer's domestic warehouse. The shipping method can be done via USPS, FedEx or UPS. They cannot accept the changes made to the shipping company.

Can I change my order after I place it?

As soon as they receive your order, they will ship it to one of thier third-party warehouses and cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. If you need to make any changes, please contact them.

What is domestify's lost package policy?

• Orders for packages estimated to be lost in the United States (status not "delivered") should be submitted within 30 days, 7 days after the last checkpoint.

• Packages marked as delivered but not received or without evidence of pouch piracy must be ordered 5 days after the "delivery date". If a lost package is displayed as "delivered", it may be necessary to report it to the police at the company's discretion. Police report evidence is required for orders over $100 damaged packages fall under thier regular return policy guidelines.

• If you enter the correct address at checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong address, they will consider it stolen and exchange the order on your behalf.

Do I need to create an account?
