How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped out of the warehouse. Depending on the location, it normally takes an additional 2-7 business days for the carrier to deliver the package. What are some recommended tips for burning a candle?

Stop burning your candle when the wick gets down to about ½ an inch. The candle should self-extinguish when the wick gets too low. Please do not re-light the candle after it self-extinguishes at the bottom of the wick. You should burn your candle long enough that there is a full pool of wax each time you light the candle. This ensures it will burn evenly as you go! Candle wax is sort of like memory foam and will hold its shape. But, don’t burn it for too long – usually about four to six hours is good. Most of their jar candles feature a lid, perfect for putting out your candle without the mess of blowing it out! Please don’t leave a burning candle unattended in a room or unattended in a room with a small child.

Is that really the color?

Please keep in mind that colors appear differently on different computer monitors and mobile devices. While they strive to accurately show their beautiful color palette online, differences may occur based on the make and model of your computer monitor or mobile device.

What if some candles are missing?

What about Standard Shipping?

• Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, this excludes weekends. Please note, orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods might require additional processing time. 

• Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive.

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO and FPO orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

• Due to the nature of their products they try to limit the time spent in hot warehouses, and reserve the right to delay shipping without notice during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and ensure you receive flawless products, orders received on Wednesday through Friday may ship the following Monday.
