What payment options do they accept?
They accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Gift cards from these credit card companies are accepted as well so long as they cover the order total. Payment cannot be split up between multiple cards. All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Any other forms of payment cannot be accepted at this time.
Can I place an order and have it shipped internationally?
Orders placed on HOOYMAN.COM can only be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. They do though have distributors both domestic and international that may be able to help you. Fill out their form on the contact page and we can point you in the right direction.
Do they offer refunds?
They will provide refunds less shipping and handling on products purchased directly through HOOYMAN.COM. Returns must be in new condition in their original packaging. Return shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
