Do they offer free shipping ?
Yes , they do. Please check each product you purchase for the shipping lead time. Some products are in warehouses throughout the US and have a longer lead time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest lead time will determine the number of days before your package leaves their warehouse. However, they will not hold anything beyond 5 days. A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package. They are located in Hazleton Pennsylvania, 18201, USA. To keep your shipping charges as low as they can, they use FedEx, FedEx Smart Post or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location. They will be happy to use your FedEx or UPS number if you call customer service. Using your number requires a handling fee plus a per box fee.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your returned item. The refund will be of "like currency," i.e. if you pay with credit card, they will credit your card; if you pay via PayPal, they will credit your PayPal Account; if you pay with a check, they will refund you with a check by mail. Refunds are for the purchase price, and applicable taxes of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not included in a typical refund.
