Can I track my order online?
You can track your order by visiting your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with order details and tracking number. Economy shipping orders cannot be tracked.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on product, stock status and delivery method. Usually, orders will be delivered to your home within 7-10 business days. Items shipped via common carrier can take up to three weeks to arrive. Exceptions are communicated on product information pages and in your shopping cart. On rare occasions, you will be notified by email when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you place an order.
What is the free shipping policy?
Free Economy Shipping is available for select items shown on the product description page on StateLineTack.com. Look for "Free Shipping!" on the eligible item product page. Additional exclusions may apply to overweight or oversized items and will be noted at checkout. Offer only applies to orders shipped within the 48 US states. Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping fee will automatically appear on the checkout page before you submit your order for fulfillment.
What is their return policy?
If the saddle does not fit the horse or the rider, the unused saddle must be returned. Please note that saddle returns are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee. When saddling your horse, use a clean blanket or towel before placing it on the horse's back. They do not accept returns of used saddles. If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact them by phone or email within 10 days of receiving the package so that their customer service specialist can explain the steps that need to be taken. After 10 days, you must contact the manufacturer about the defective or damaged item.
