What is their shipping policy?

At present, they can only provide limited delivery services to parts of the UK. For orders below ￡ 10, their standard freight is ￡ 2.99. For orders above ￡ 10, their standard freight is free shipping. If you want to cancel the order, please contact their customer service team. Please note that if your order has left their dispatch center, you will not be able to cancel the order. They use many different express companies to deliver your order as soon as possible. These include Hermes, DPD, tuffnells, Royal Mail and their private operator networks.

What is their return policy?

They carefully package all orders before shipment, and they hope you are satisfied with your choice. However, if you wish to return your item, for whatever reason, please contact them. You have the right to cancel the order within 30 days after receiving the goods. Their products should be delivered to you intact. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods received due to any unforeseen reasons, please notify them within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If possible, please attach any damaged photos and email them.
