Evens Frequently Asked Questions
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Missing packages are never fun and they apologize that it hasn’t arrived yet!
They recommend checking your tracking info to see the status of your shipment. (That tracking info should be in the shipping email you received, and you can email us if you can’t find it.)
They’ve noticed that some shippers will mark or scan packages as delivered but won't actually deliver them until a few days later.
If you still have not received your package by the tenth business day after the shipment date, please email [email protected] and they will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Just a quick note: It usually takes 5-7 business days after the order ships for it to arrive.
How do I cancel my Evens subscription?
They’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your Evens subscription. They try to make this as easy as possible for you and offer two ways to cancel.
You can cancel Evens by calling (855) 44 EVENS during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday, 10am - 6pm ET, excluding federal holidays) or you can fill out this cancellation form. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
If your next refill date is within the next 24 hours, please call them to ensure your cancellation request is processed before your refill order. You can see your next refill date on your Evens dashboard.
Please note your cancellation is not official until you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
How does Evens ship treatment?
They use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship treatment from their pharmacy to your front door.
In most cases, your treatment is shipped through USPS by using your local distribution center to deliver your package to you.
In other cases, FedEx or UPS will pick up your package from our pharmacy and send it to you.
If you'd like to request a particular shipping method, email [email protected] or call 855-44-EVENS and they will do their best to accommodate your requests.
How long does it take for my Evens order to ship?
Your shipment will typically ship 1-3 business days after you purchase your treatment, and will arrive 5-7 days after that.
