Does Express Medals offer Free Shipping? How much is shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders in the USA. But in other country, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
What are Express Medals Returns Policy?
Please check your order immediately when it arrives
All return claims must be submitted within 24-48 hours of receipt
Engraved medals and trophies, acrylics, crystal, plaques, cups, and custom items cannot be returned for credit and are non-refundable
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at customers expense unless the order is flawed or arrived late
Your credit will be processed upon receipt of approved returned items less any shipping, and attachment fees
Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery
