What is their return policy?

• To return products, please log in to your account to access your order history. Click the details of the items on the order that you want to return, and then click the "start return" button. You can also call 1-800-988-4605. The return must be initialized within 30 days after the purchase date. Goods marked as unpacked must be returned within 30 days after purchase. Unpacking refund will only be treated as store points. 

• If they send you products different from the products you ordered or defective products, please contact them with the above information within 30 days after the purchase date. They will replace the product free of charge and handle your return. If for any other reason, you need to return the goods, you need to bear all the return freight. After receiving the order, please check all goods for damage or defects before using or installing them.

• If a replacement product will be sent to you, they will send you a FedEx return label and return the incorrect / defective product to them. Otherwise, when shipping the goods back to the United States, they suggest using the transportation method that provides signature confirmation, tracking and insurance, because they are not responsible for the lost or damaged package.

• The free shipping offer applies to standard ground delivery services and only applies to 48 adjacent shipping addresses in the United States. Unless otherwise stated, truck freight and oversize charges still apply and can only be transported to less than 48 states. Free shipping does not include coarse country / region goods. Tires, wheels and tire kits are not eligible for free transportation.

What is their shipping policy?

• All standard shipping orders will be shipped through USPS or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. FedEx does not ship to the P.O. Box, so all orders with the P.O. Box shipping address must provide the actual shipping address to avoid delay in delivery.

• If USPS does not send it to your actual address, they suggest that you provide your actual street address, and then use the field provided by the apartment number to include your P.O. Box.

• Expedited transportation is usually delivered by FedEx and must have an actual shipping address.

• Please note that all UPS 1-day and UPS 2-day service orders received after 6:30 a.m. will be shipped on the next working day.
