What is a lifetime warranty?
The Noggle lifetime warranty covers only the plastic end pieces of the Noggle, not the lid or the tube itself. New covers are available for purchase on their website. If you have problems with Noggle, please email [email protected]. You must provide proof of purchase and you need to pay for shipping.
What's the return policy?
They accept returns within 30 days of return. Once they receive your Noggle, it will process the refund within 5-10 business days. They do not pay or refund return shipping. If you are within the return time window and wish to return Noggle, email [email protected] for a return authorization code. Remanufactured Naugles cannot be returned.
