Can you do rush tasks?

They can handle most time-sensitive tasks, within reason. Please type "time sensitive" and note the deadline by which you need the task completed in your request subject line. However, they can't make any guarantees about speed. So, if it's super important and it needs to be completed by a near-term deadline, it's probably not a great task for them.

What if I have a large request that I need your help with?

Your assistant will work on your request until it gets done. For larger requests (something that is definitely going to take more than 15 minutes) they’ll send you a note asking you to approve the use of additional requests to complete the job. Once they get the go ahead from you, they’ll deduct that amount of tasks from your pool to complete the request.

Will I get the same assistant for each request?

Nope. You may see some assistants more than others, but you won't be assigned a dedicated assistant. (Of course, all of their assistants are dedicated.) It's really better for you to be supported by a whole team than just one person.

What will Fancy Hands do?

Anything that doesn't require them to physically go somewhere for you. Anything a smart, patient, internet-savvy person with a cell phone can conquer. As long as it's legal, they'll do it.

How to pay for your order?

Fancy Hands can purchase things for you. Yep, if you ask them to buy small things like toner cartridges, lunch, or tickets, they can handle it. Security is their number one priority with this feature. At no point does your assistant or anyone else at Fancy Hands have access to your credit card number. You don't have to worry about a rogue assistant using your credit card information. They don't actually have any rogue assistants, but their system prevents any possibility of that. To make a payment request, just send in a request like you normally would. You can supply a link to a product page, or just tell them what you need.
