Why am I paying more for delivery to N.Ireland & Scottish Highlands.

How I check my delivery address?

• Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order.

• If you are paying by PayPal they only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.

• If you do not complete the 3D secure process and ask for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address they may ask for ID.

• If your parcel has not arrived within 2 days of due delivery date for Courier or 5 days for Royal Mail, you must inform FBS Immediately. 

• If you do not inform FBS within this timescale, then we may not be able to compensate you the customer. 

• All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. They advise to track your parcel every day until arrival. 

• If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact FBS for help. If your tracking information does not work, then please contact FBS for help.

How to return an item to the store?

• Items that are returned to store can only be exchanged for other items on the day of return. 

• If you wish a refund, please download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form', and bring this into the store with your return. 

• When you are in store they will stamp the form and give you a tear off slip as a receipt of delivery.

• They will then forward the item(s) on to the returns department on your behalf to be processed as per the timescale noted above (10days).

How To Return an Item outside the UK?

• Returning an item is really simple.

• Read the 'T&C's' below to make sure you are eligible to return an item.

• Download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form', send back to address on Returns Form

• You must mark the parcel as 'International Return, Returned Goods' and include the original invoice, to avoid customs charges back into the UK, any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

• If you do not include this returns form with your return, they will credit your online account with an 'E-Credit'.

• (by not including return forms with every parcel, they stop over 25,000 sheets of paper (3 trees) going into the bin every year).
