What is your delivery process?

They want to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. At checkout, simply select your ideal delivery date. They will contact you a few days prior to your delivery to confirm the date and arrival window. In addition to the delivery, their team will assemble all items and place them in the room of your choice. They aim to deliver within one hour of arrival, but this may vary up or down depending on the size of your subscription. To ensure the safety of your pets and their drivers, please ensure that all furry family members are secured in a room or crate.

Can I exchange my purchases?

If for some reason you would like to exchange your item for a different item from Fernish, you can do so within 30 days of the original delivery. There is a $149 fee, but Fernish will adjust your original payment for the difference in cost of the item and they will come back and exchange it for you.

What is your return policy specifically?

Directly purchased items are eligible for a full refund with 30 days notice from the date of delivery. Directly purchased items may be exchanged with another directly purchased Fernish item with 30 days notice (from the date of delivery). In the event of an exchange, the difference in cost will be adjusted to the card on file. Returned items must be in original condition and may be subject to a reduced refund if the damage was not caused by Fernish. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. If your item is delivered damaged, Fernish will work with you on a case by case basis to find the best solution.
