What are the washing instructions for the pillow?
Please refer to the individual item as they are all a bit different.
Some are spot clean only and some have a removable washable cover.
You should never put the natural latex in the dryer as it will dry out the natural latex and void the warranty.

What if I received the damaged items?
They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

They'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
