Please note that custom orders or items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All jewelry items need to have all of the original tags still attached and need to be in an unworn condition.
Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

All shipping from Finejewelers.com, Inc. are done via any of the major them carriers, including UPS, usPS, DHL and FedEx.
As of May 1st, 2011 they will no longer be accepting international orders.
How To Return An Order?
Please follow thier 3 easy step return process: Get Your Return Authorization Number. You will receive an E-Mail with your Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions. Package Your Order. Please carefully include all original packaging material including all paperwork inside shipping box. Make sure to include your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Please do not write FineJewelers, jewelry or related words such as Gold, Diamond, Ring etc. anywhere on the package!
Shipping and Insurance. For your protection, they recommend shipping with FedEx, UPS, DHL or usPS Registered mail. Make sure your package is fully insured for the total value. FineJewelers.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number or received in a damaged or tampered box, will not be accepted. They will not accept any returns without an RMA number!
How Your Return Is Processed?
Once they receive your returned item and thier Quality Control department accepts it, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

This warranty is valid only for defects in manufacturing and is based upon thier inspection and sole determination. The warranty may or may not cover replacement for damaged or missing gemstones.
