What is their return policy?

Hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. They are there for you every step of the way to ensure you get the best quality possible. Make sure the design you submit or the design you choose meets your own standards and expectations as they have no control over the quality of the design you submit, but if you can submit they have the ability to print at 300DPI. The best way to ensure high quality is to submit high-quality images yourself. During processing, shipping and customs, sometimes products are damaged. They check every order before shipping it to you. 

I need to use my disc by a certain date, what should I do?

Please check their order processing times to see when your order will arrive based on your expected purchase date. Order processing times will not change because their products are custom-made for you after you submit your order and products take days to produce. They cannot guarantee a shipping date because the shipping carrier may experience unexpected delays in the shipping and delivery of your package that are beyond their control. Please contact them via email with your order ID# and desired delivery date and they will check with their production team to see if this is possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once the order is ready to ship, they will assign you a tracking number. Their system will automatically send the tracking number to your email.

What color are their discs?

They print on solid white discs for best color results. Some models of Latitude 64 discs can be slightly transparent which does affect color and makes prints darker in shades and full color with sunlight through, but most prints are very vivid on white substrates . Some bulk discs are available in multiple colors, be sure to specify the desired disc color. Sometimes they offer limited edition orange discs or other colors, and these are clearly marked. If they are not marked with a color, the base color is white.
