Do they ship internationally?
Currently, shipping is limited to the United States. From time to time they accept custom orders from other countries, please email them if you have questions.
Can I change my order?
Be sure to double check the shipping address, personalization, size, etc. before placing an order. They start processing the order immediately, and once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. If they haven't made your item or shipped your order, they will do their best to help. Please email [email protected] and they will do what they can to help.
How do returns and refunds work?
Due to the customized and personalized nature of their products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact them and they will do their best to fix it! Exchanges and order cancellations are subject to availability and restocking fees may apply. Exchanges are only accepted for non-personalized items in undamaged original packaging within 15 days of receipt of the order. Returns and additional shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I customize gift boxes?

How soon can I receive my goods?
Typically, most orders take 1-3 business days to process and then 2-5 days to ship, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping to Canada usually takes 7-10 days. When your order has been processed and shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. While they do their best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, shipping per box is an additional expense.
