Your satisfaction is their mission. Due to the nature and hygiene of the product, all sales are final and they do not offer refunds, but they do not offer hassle-free exchanges. They try to accurately display and describe their wigs. All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they are free of defects. They understand that customers may request an exchange under certain special circumstances, such as a change in hair color or style size. They can only accept unused and fully original quid pro quo items. What is their shipping policy?

Shipping in the US is only $6.99, no matter how many items you buy! Your order is usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail the next business day after your order is placed. Shipping is only $19.99 for Canadian customers who use the USPS International Express mail service and you should receive your item within 5-7 normal business days. Shipping to all other countries except Canda is only $29.99. They use USPS international express mail service and you should receive your item in around 7-14 normal business days.

What payment methods are supported？

For Canadian clients they accept online visas. Master Discover and American Express credit and debit card payments.
