What is their transportation policy?
Most rings are shipped within 5-7 working days after purchase. Please check your specific ring page to determine your expected delivery date.
This front desk jeweler is proud to provide free delivery service for every domestic order in the United States (except P.O. Box address). If you need to upgrade service or night service, you can choose when to check out, and the quotation will be displayed. All goods sent to the P.O. Box are delivered by USPS Priority mail. Each shipment is insured at the price you purchased, and a delivery confirmation is required.
If, for any reason, your package is returned to them because it cannot be delivered to you and / or you do not pick up the goods within the specified time, you will be charged all the additional freight incurred by the front desk jeweler, including redelivery of the package to you.
What is their return policy?
At front jewelers, they offer 30 days of free returns to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it intact within 30 days in exchange for exchange or refund. Customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return for repairing?

- Pack your item with all the accompanying documents. Remember: for safety reasons, do not use the word "jewelry" anywhere on the shipping label.
- Transport your package by registered mail, FedEx, or UPS, the total value of the insured content, and obtain a receipt from the facility where you sent the package for shipment.
- Once they receive your shipment, they will start processing your refund. The refund applies to the original payment source. Although the front desk jeweler will process the refund within 1 working day after receiving the refund, it takes up to 5 working days (in rare cases, 10 working days) for your financial institution to complete the refund and restore the funds to your account.
