You can return an undamaged GearIT product for a full refund for any reason. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Refund requests expire 30 days after a warranty claim is made. Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through the GearIT online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. The refund process will begin once the returned item is returned to the GaerIT warehouse for inspection.
How does their lifetime warranty work?
Hubs and Bluetooth devices will have a 24-month replacement warranty. They back their products with a worry-free warranty. Most GearIT products come with their limited lifetime warranty. This includes cables, enclosures, wall chargers, etc. Some items, such as spare batteries and Bluetooth products, come with an 18-month warranty. Either way, you are protected from defects in materials and workmanship.
I want to return it, do I need to pay?
Shipping to GearIT (domestic and international customers) will be the sender's responsibility for all returned GearIT products. Please Note - Customers must use a shipping method for which a tracking number can be obtained. GearIT will not replace lost items and is not responsible for lost items. If the said product is found to be defective according to their guidelines, a replacement product will be sent to the customer free of charge. Shipping will be at GearIT's sole discretion.
