Can I get Free delivery service from Gemist?
Yes.
- Gemist offers free shipping to purchase occurred only in the US via FedEx 2-day.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
- All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on shipping location. We do not offer free shipping or expedited shipping for international orders. The cost of shipment will be calculated and provided for you at checkout.
What's Return policy of Gemist?
Their return policy changes per product category:
- Earring can be returned within 30 days. Original shipping fees, duties or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- Made-to-order fine jewelry rings made of sterling silver or 14K gold with diamonds, precious, or semi-precious gemstones (lab-grown or natural) are non-refundable.
- On the Hunt or any engraved product is non-refundable and final sale, no exceptions.
- Fine ring returns (no engraving) can be returned on a limited basis, for GEMIST store credit only plus a 50% restocking fee.
Does Gemist offer any warranty for my product?
Yes.
- They only offer a one year manufacturing warranty for any production-related defects for all fine jewelry. A $50 deposit will be charged to cover shipping and the evaluation. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair, if available.
- They do not warranty fashion jewelry (sterling silver and gold-plated items that contain CZ or crystal gemstones). Repair requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and carry a minimum $35 nonrefundable charge. Additional costs will be assessed when they receive the piece, and a quote will be provided.
How do I know which ring size to order?
You can purchase a ring sizer for $4.50 or download their digital one at https://gemist.co/find-your-size. You can also visit a local jewelry store that can easily measure your finger.
