Am I able to modify my order?

Unfortunately once orders have been placed they are unable to change details or amend items within the order. If you wish to cancel an order they will always try our best if notified as soon as possible or the order has not already been processed.

Do you repair jewellery?

Yes. They only repair or replace jewellery that has been purchased from them or is covered under their lifetime warranty. In the event that your jewellery is faulty, under warranty they will offer a replacement of the same jewellery if they have them in stock. And repairs can take up to 10 weeks.

How do I exchange for a different item?

• Fill out the returns form included in your original order detailing any items you'd like to exchange. Please be sure to include any ring sizes if applicable.

• If there is a price difference on your exchange item they will contact you via email or phone to arrange payment. Partial refunds will be administered at the time of processing the return.

Do you offer free returns?

They will offer free returns via Royal Mail to all our UK customers. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or get a refund on your jewellery, you can print off your own return labels, post your parcel and they'll take care of the rest. To take advantage of this service, simply follow the steps below.

• Visit Royal Mail's Tracked Returns website.

• Follow the instructions and fill in your details as instructed. Their jewellery packages will weigh less than 5kg.
• Download your label PDF and print.
• Securely attach the label to your parcel and take to the Post Office.
