What is the shipping policy?
They currently delivery to 48 states in the US. If your order is over $50, it qualifies for free shipping. If your order is less than $50, they charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for your order.
All orders in Fairfield County qualify for free shipping. At this time they do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.

How can I get my refund?
They do not accept returns of perishable products or opened items.
Return requests on no-perishable, unopened items must be made within 2 weeks of receipt and include all original packaging.
They will issue a refund, less a $5 restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned items.
Refunds may be made at their discretion in the event of any problems with the Products.
Subscription Cancellations will take effect 7 days after the cancellation date.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
