What are the conditions for returns?

• They hope that you are satisfied with merchandise purchased from That Fish Place-That Pet Place. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact a Customer Service Representative. 

• You may return any unused product within 60 days for a full refund of the item's purchase price to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the event an item you receive does not meet your needs or expectations, you may return it providing:

• The item and original display package must both be in new condition.

• All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, ect, must be enclosed and unaltered.

• Item was purchased within 60 days of return.

Can I return the damaged items?

• If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact your customer service representative to report the damage.

• They must be notified within two days of the arrival of the order to ensure that your claim is properly handled.

• A number of shipping companies asked representatives to check for damaged packages. Please keep the original packing and do not discard the containers until the claim is settled or instructions are received.

• In some cases, damaged goods may need to be shipped back to them. If this happens, please call "Return Authorization Number" and return unwanted, damaged or defective goods in accordance with shipping instructions.

Does That Fish Place offer international shipping?

• Their ships are all over the world! For delivery in 48 states other than Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO, please contact Customer Service by phone or email.

• They have a variety of transportation methods to deliver timely and cost-effective deliveries to all parts of the world.

• International orders require the purchase of a minimum $150 stock of dry goods. Payment is made by American Express, Money Order or Wire Transfer only. Personal checks are not accepted. Please call 1-888-842-8738 for transfer information.

• Frozen food orders are shipped in 48 adjacent states (excluding Utah, Kansas and California).

What are the reasons for my backorder's cancellation?

• If you have used PayPal as your payment method, your backorder may be cancelled if they do not receive the product in their warehouse within 3 business days. 

• They apologize for any inconvenience. If you do not wish to have your backordered items cancelled after 3 days, they suggest using a credit card as your payment method.

• After 25 days on backorder, That Fish Place-That Pet Place will contact you to see if you are still interested in waiting on the product.
