How to enjoy free shipping?
Free shipping on all orders over $45 to the US and Canada. Orders under $45 to the US are charged a flat rate of $7. Orders to Canada under $45 are charged a flat rate of $10.
What is their return policy?
Currently, they can only provide return labels for orders shipped within the US and Canada. For international returns, they will ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to their warehouse. They accept returns for a full refund within 60 days from the date you receive the product. They even offer free prepaid return labels. To initiate a return, submit a ticket with your order number and the product you wish to return. Their team will email you a free prepaid return label within 48 hours.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the return is received and inspected at their facility, their warehouse team will process the return and automatically issue a full refund for your returned product. Please note that this refund process may take up to 7-10 business days.
Which items cannot be returned?
Please note that they cannot accept returns of opened/used consumables including shaving cream, soap, oil, balm, solid cologne or any other soft product. This return policy only applies to orders made through getrockwell.com and getrockwell.ca, for orders from 3rd party retailers they encourage you to contact them and ask about their return policy.
