Can I cancel my order?

• If necessary, you can cancel the tee off time reservation. However, the refund can only be made under the following circumstances: 1) cancel the kick-off 24 hours in advance; 2) The golf course is closed on the day of the game; Or 3) if you are a golfpass+ member, you can cancel at least one of your ten (10) free kick-off times. Any refund amount will be used as a credit line for future tee time reservations.

• The booking of kick-off time paid in the golf course is subject to the specific cancellation policy of the course, which can be found in your upcoming booking page.

• Active golfpass+ members are eligible to change or cancel up to ten (10) service time reservations for any reason within a calendar year. Golf Club + members can change or cancel their tee time reservation one (1) hour before the scheduled tee time. Golfpass+ members who modify or cancel the kick-off time reservation within the allowed time range will have any prepaid amount credited to their golfnow account. You can cancel or modify the kick-off time reservation of up to one (1) court in the daily game.

What terms of payment do they accept?

• In order to provide golfnow members with the most favorable price, the hot tee time provided by golfnow requires full payment at the time of reservation.

• In addition, some golf courses may need to pay part or all of the fees online during the booking process. These requirements are specific to each golf course and are subject to its kick-off time booking policy.

What is their change policy?
