When will my order be shipped?

• UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Stock orders are not guaranteed to be delivered on the day of receipt.

• All stock orders received will be shipped within 2 working days.

• To ship to multiple addresses, just place an order separately for each shipping address. You can do this by placing a single order online or by calling the customer service center to place an order for you.

• New balance reserves the right to retain any order due to suspected fraud.

Can I cancel the order?

In order to provide you with the best service possible, new balance processes the order immediately after receiving it. Unfortunately, once you place an order, they cannot change or cancel it.

What is their return policy?

• The refund will be credited with any applicable taxes in the original form of payment of the purchase price. For returns purchased with gift cards, the refund amount will be returned to the original card. If the bank account or credit card used for payment is no longer valid, the refund will be credited to the egift card, which can be used online or in the store. 

• If your tax return was purchased with electronic registered financial instruments, they will send you a new electronic registered financial instrument with the same value as the refund amount by email. Items purchased in retail stores should be returned to the store. Non returnable items cannot be returned.
