What is Return policy of Graco?
Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the Gracobaby.com website or through their telesales line and within 30 days of purchase. Graco does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners. By placing an order on Gracobaby.com, you are accepting this return policy. Therefore if you are not satisfied with you pruchase, you can return the items via mail within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free through the Return Portal.

Does Graco provide any warranty?

• Yes, at Graco, they make innovative, high quality products for babies and children. They warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, they will, at their sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.
• This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear.

How do I use Afterpay?

• Simply shop online or in store (where available) and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method.

How does the payment schedule work?

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
