Can I cancel my orders at Green Hat Kiteboarding?
For all orders, green hat kites will incur shipping and credit card processing fees (3%). If your order is cancelled, returned, rejected (excluding damage claims) or cannot be delivered, they will only charge you the original or return freight and credit card processing fee charged to green hat Kiteboarding to recover their fees.
Does Green Hat Kiteboarding provide a warranty?
Most products are sold on greenhatkiteboarding.com is covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. This warranty guarantees that the products are free from any manufacturing defects.
Green hat Kiteboarding supports their customers in all warranty claims; However, they do not guarantee any products ourselves. All warranty claims need to be submitted and approved by the manufacturer or dealer. They are to help you introduce your situation to the brand and act as a mediator to find a fair and reasonable solution to any problems that may exist in your equipment.
Most brands require dealers to submit all warranty claims, while some brands provide direct claim submission.
Can I make a return at Green Hat Kiteboarding?
This RMA form is required for all returns and is included in the return package. Packages without RMA form will be charged a restocking fee of $20.
You can return the unused brand-new goods within 30 days after receiving them. All original packaging and labels shall be intact. Unused second-hand goods or demos will be returned within 7 days after receipt. Please contact them before shipment.

Does Green Hat Kiteboarding provides free shipping?
For packages containing new equipment (unused and not cleared) above $99 (some exclusions apply), domestic transportation can be provided free of charge through Federal Reserve ex or USPS priority services.
To use domestic free shipping, please select the "free shipping" option. If free shipping is selected, the order will be mailed by FedEx, USPS priority, USPS First class or parcel. They will choose the cheapest method. Do not use this option if you want to ship your order through any other service. Free shipping options do not include insurance and may not include tracking.
FedEx, 2-day, 2-day morning and priority overnight, and USPS priority and express services are charged extra. It can only be sent to the P.O. Box through U.S. post, so it does not meet the condition of free shipping. For larger orders, they can use this rule.
How long can I get my orders at Green Hat Kiteboarding?
USPS does not guarantee the delivery time. The Federal Reserve's ground delivery, door-to-door delivery and two-day service cannot guarantee its transportation time. The Federal Reserve's overnight delivery service guarantees transportation time.
